MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
JOB TITLE - MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
* Centre Manager - Level 8 Social Care Qualified
* Deputy Centre Manager - Social Care Qualified or Equivalent
* Social Care Leader - Social Care Qualified or Equivalent
* Social Care Worker - Social Care Qualified or Equivalent
* A professional qualification (Level 7/8 or above) in:
* Nursing/Psychiatric Nursing
* Psychology
* Teaching
* Social Science
* Youth & Community
* Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy
* Social Work
* Full current driving licence
* Flexible to undertake a roster covering various centres when
necessary
* Deputy Manager and Social Care Leader positions - 3 years full
time experience in mainstream residential childcare
* Centre Manager position - 5 years full time experience in
mainstream residential childcare with Social Care Leader/Deputy
Manager experience
